Construction business
The targeted use of vacuum technology on construction sites simplifies work processes for new buildings as well as old-building renovation.
Possible uses:
- Ballasting or vaccuming gravel from garages, flat roofs, skyscrapers, industrial halls or workshops including supplying new gravel or disposing of the used gravel. On request, we can also lay slabs.
- Applying and removing substrates and draining layers for roof greening.
- Ballasting containers or removing gravel again to fix solar panels on a roof or a solar energy field on an even surface.
- Dust-free direct vacuuming of fiber glass and similar material into big bags.
- Dust-free vacuuming of sub-floors or false floors, also where access is difficult as well as the disposal of the waste material.
- Exchanging filter materials (activated charcoal, sand or gravel)
- Vacuum removal of large stones, which are broken up to the required grain size on-site with jaw-breakers and hammer mills
- Vacuuming and blowing liquids and sludge
- Direct, economical storage of material in industrial bags
- Vacuuming up to a hose length of 200m, 50m depth and 100m height!
- The waste material can be disposed of easily in prepared containers up to a height of 1.50m by using a special lifting device (highlifter)
- Underground tanks, working spaces or vaults can be filled with gravel or sand or vacuumed again as needed.
